  • Ans. Once you have accumulated a total of 250 points, it can be redeemed for a cash reward of equivalent amount which would be sent to you within 15 days on the address posted by you during the registration in our website.
  • 3. How to remove my name from the panel? How much time does it take?
  • Ans. You can deactivate your membership by clicking on Deactivate my membership to remove your name from our panel. The process of deactivation will be completed within 48 hours.
  • 4. Do I need to participate in each and every survey you conduct?
  • Ans. We will never force you to take the survey. It depends completely on you.
  • 5. Can other member of my household become panelists?
  • Ans. Yes. You can refer any of your acquaintance to join our panel and also you will be entitled to 25 points for each referral.
  • 6. Why do you need to ask me about myself?
  • Ans. As a part of the statistical procedure for classification purposes, we take the demographic information of every member to assess in a collective manner.
  • 7. Do I have to pay anything to join?
  • Ans. No. Since we value your responses, we do not charge you any fee for becoming a panel member nor for undertaking the survey.
  • 8. How do I know that there is a survey to participate?
  • Ans. We will send you an email invitation to participate in the survey depending on your profile.
  • 9. How long does an average survey take to complete?
  • Ans. On an average, a survey may consume 15 minutes of your time.
  • 10. On clicking the survey link, it says "Survey is closed" or "Quota is full" ?
  • Ans. Surveys are active for a particular time period. After that period if you try to take the survey you will get messages like "Survey is closed" or "Survey has been completed". If desired number of responses from your age group, gender or income group have been collected you will get a message saying "Quota is full".
